1. Customization & Upload Intellectual Property

When utilizing our 3D designer tool to upload custom assets (logos, vector files, artwork, text, or slogans), you retain complete ownership of your designs. However, you grant **The Zap Lab** a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and transmit your custom assets solely for the purpose of fabricating and laser engraving your requested order.

By uploading designs, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all intellectual property rights to the uploaded logos/materials or have explicit, legal authorization to use them.
• Your design does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, registered trademarks, or trade secrets.
• Your design does not contain illegal, threatening, defamatory, or highly offensive material. We reserve the absolute right to cancel any orders violating this clause and refund your payment.

2. Order Placement & Price Accuracy

Prices, product specifications, and engraving canvas availability are subject to change without prior notice. Standard production begins as soon as custom design proofs are verified by our design pipeline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed with incorrect pricing details or design configuration parameters.

3. Bespoke Item Payments & Cancellations

Bespoke, laser-engraved items represent individual, permanent fabrications. Therefore:

• Full payment must be cleared and authorized at checkout before production begins.
• Orders for custom goods **cannot be cancelled or modified** once production begins (typically 12 hours after order confirmation).
• Refunds are not offered for customized items due to change of mind. We will exclusively issue replacements for manufacturing or engraving spelling errors in accordance with our [Shipping & Return Policy](/shipping-returns).

4. Limitation of Liability

**The Zap Lab** shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site, customizer tools, or physical engraved merchandise. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the purchase amount paid for the specific order in question.
