1. Artisan Production Processing
Because every tumbler, keychain, jewelry piece, and wood engraving is individual and made to order, our studio requires **2 to 4 business days** to prepare, engrave, polish, and verify your design before it reaches our shipping couriers.
2. Domestic UAE Delivery
Once your item leaves our Dubai workshop, delivery is fast. We partner with reliable domestic express couriers:
- Next-Day Delivery (All Emirates): AED 20
- Orders above AED 250: FREE Delivery
3. Worldwide International Delivery
We ship globally via premium carriers (DHL Express, FedEx). Shipping rates and customs duties are calculated dynamically at checkout based on location.
