No, laser engraving is permanent. Unlike screen-printing or vinyl stickers, laser engraving physically cuts, etches, or vaporizes the top layer of the material (hardwoods, anodized metals, double-walled tumblers). Glass engraving is fully dishwasher safe, and engraved keychains/necklaces will never lose their markings.

Natural wood products (like our hardwood coasters and home plaques) feature unique grain patterns, density variations, and natural oils. When our lasers vaporize the wood, the resulting burn depth and color tone vary organically, giving every single product its own distinct, rustic character.

Yes. All drinkware products (tumblers and ceramic mugs) are food-grade double-walled stainless steel and fully lead-safe. All wood boards are finished using organic, food-safe mineral oils and natural beeswax so you can safely use them for food presentation.

Because every single order is customized and individually inspected by our design team, standard production processing takes between 2 to 4 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, Father’s/Mother’s day), processing can take up to 5 business days.
